TIME. I wonder what this would taste like if I had opened it a year or two from now. Full-bodied, cherries and strawberries, TANNINS - together UNgracefully. However, the bottle is almost finished... I must be having a difficult week.

I tried this wine again with friends, but this time I had it with Trader Joe's French Truffles. It really made a difference! The chocolate mellowed out the tannins in the wine, and the wine brought out the buttery texture and vibrant cocoa of the truffle. Delicious!
