Delicious.
Bridlewood (Central Coast) Syrah, 2006. Thick, jammy with lots of dark berry flavors, undertones of dark chocolate, and then a lingering light-peppery finish.
This bottle is accessible in many retail stores, not only at the winery. I found it at the BevMo 5-cent sale one year and went to town!
However, I make it a point to visit their beautiful, mission-style winery in Santa Ynez whenever I'm in the area (which is quite frequently).
